Working Together Better is a pioneering consultancy in the beauty industry, founded by Sally Smith, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience. The consultancy specializes in driving positive, sustainable change through personalized strategies, with a focus on collaborative efforts, open communication, and customized solutions. Sally’s deep expertise spans beauty therapy, sales consultancy, and national sales management, making her uniquely positioned to offer comprehensive insights into the industry.

The brief was to create a brand identity that encapsulates the core philosophy of Working Together Better—collaboration, growth, and innovation—while appealing to beauty professionals seeking practical and transformative business strategies. The design needed to reflect the consultancy’s mission to elevate the beauty industry through clear communication, professional development, and sustainable business growth.

As a brand designer and strategist, my focus was to ensure that the visual identity of Working Together Better fully captures and communicates its core values. I crafted a design that reflects the consultancy’s distinct voice, combining modern sophistication with a fresh and approachable aesthetic to resonate with its target audience.

The design exudes elegance while maintaining simplicity, ensuring that it connects with beauty industry professionals looking for innovative yet practical solutions. The color palette, inspired by the brand’s strategy, features a serene blend of neutral and natural tones, with subtle accents of black to add a sense of maturity and professionalism. This combination elevates the brand’s visual presence, setting it apart from competitors in a refined yet approachable way.

Incorporating a modern typographic style enhances clarity and reinforces the consultancy’s authoritative yet welcoming identity. The overall result is a timeless and distinctive brand identity, perfectly aligned with Working Together Better’s mission to drive growth and positive change in the beauty industry.





To reinforce the brand’s identity, a set of icons that encapsulate the essence of “Working Together Better" were designed. Each element in this iconography is carefully designed to reflect key aspects of the brand’s philosophy. Together, these icons form a visual language that not only strengthens the brand’s identity but also communicates its core values and approach in a clear, engaging manner. They serve as visual reminders of the brand’s ethos, ensuring consistency and resonance across various platforms and touchpoints.

The love heart symbolizes the passion and dedication that “Working Together Better” brings to its engagements with clients. It represents the brand’s commitment to fostering relationships with a foundation of passion and enthusiasm.

The circle embodies the customer centric approach of the brand. It highlights the priority given to clients’ needs and perspectives, ensuring that they are at the heart of every decision and strategy.

The puzzle piece illustrates the concept of collaboration as a cornerstone for transformative processes and improvement. It signifies how fitting different ideas and skills together can lead to effective solutions and enhanced outcomes.

The wheel, which also resembles a flower, stands for innovation, movement, and creativity. This symbol reflects the brand’s dynamic nature, its continuous pursuit of creative solutions, and its commitment to progress and evolution.
