The Brief

Better Workday is the creation of Niamh Moynihan, a productivity expert and speaker known for her practical, people-first approach to work. Having developed a strong brand presence in 2022, Niamh returned in 2026 with a new focus: launching a podcast to share her insights more widely and help listeners build better workdays, one episode at a time.


With a trusted brand already in place, Niamh needed a distinct but connected visual identity for her podcast. She wanted it to feel like a natural extension of Better Workday — recognisable, professional, and warm — while giving the podcast its own personality. The project needed to cover everything from logos and episode artwork to social templates and a strong presence across platforms like Podbean, Hubspot, and Riverside.

The Solution

We created a bold, clean visual identity that sits comfortably within the Better Workday brand while giving the podcast its own rhythm. The logo is simple but confident, built to sit beautifully in podcast apps. A series of custom stickers brings variety and structure to different episode types, making it easy for listeners to spot what’s coming up.

We designed subtitle styling for use inside Riverside, a favicon, and flexible templates for social media. We also extended the brand across digital platforms, designing a podcast page on Hubspot and a landing page for Podbean — making sure everything felt seamless and inviting from the first click to the final listen.
